about

Latest up from Spoken Label is the returning Jenny Berry to talk about her debut collection 'The Great Escape'.

Her book is described as "Once upon a time in the North West of England, a poet cold-called a local prison and boldly asked if she could volunteer to host workshops and perform some poetry. To her surprise the prison said 'yes'. This was the start of a new adventure for writer Jenny Berry who has since dedicated her time and efforts to delivering workshops inside prisons. This short collection captures her experiences and encourages the reader to think more widely about a 'life locked down'

Jenny's book is available on amazon amongst many other places.
